Real Estate Pro is for agents, listing teams, buyer agents, and tradition-aware real estate professionals. It helps professionals discuss homes more thoughtfully with clients who care about Feng Shui, Pungsu, or Phong Thủy.

Free includes 5 messages lifetime. Single Report includes 30 messages lifetime for the single property. My Home includes 300 messages per month. Family Office includes 800 per month. Real Estate Pro includes 2,000 per month. These limits are designed for normal personal or professional use. Automated or scripted use is not allowed.

A replacement is when you swap a saved home on your dashboard for a different one. Free and Single Report each cover one home, no swaps: the reading you pull is the one you keep. My Home holds two saved homes and gives you five lifetime swaps, which covers a typical move, a vacation purchase, or a round of comparison shopping. Family Office (10 saved homes) and Real Estate Pro (50) come with unlimited swaps.

A house scores one way. The people living in it score differently. Family compatibility reads each household member against the home — using each person's birth year, gender, and (when provided) date and time of birth — and surfaces which rooms favor whom, which directions support whose work or rest, and where the home aligns or strains against each member's natal pattern. Included on Single Report and every subscription tier.

Daily reading updates are short notes tied to your saved home and your household members' personal information. They may include the day's timing pattern, favorable directions, and activities better suited for planning, movement, quiet work, or home decisions.

Move-in, signing, renovation, an altar ceremony — every action has its day. The Planning Calendar surfaces auspicious and inauspicious dates for the decisions tied to your home, drawn from each tradition's classical date-selection almanac and aligned with your home's chart. Included for 30 days on Single Report and unlimited on My Home and above.

When you have more than one home saved, you can place them next to each other and compare the same decision across both — which home is the stronger fit for your family, for wealth, for health, or for the move-in window. The active tradition's AI Master voices the recommendation and notes where the runner-up still holds its own.

They are AI Master personas, not human consultants. DwellSoul first applies structured rule logic to the home data. The AI Masters then explain the result in the language and style of each tradition. For high-stakes decisions, on-site concerns, or deeply personal questions, you can bring your report to a qualified human practitioner.

Paid users can request an introduction to a human practitioner or tradition-aware professional. The practitioner sets their own fee and works with you directly. DwellSoul makes the introduction; it does not provide the consultation.

Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade through your account. Your current plan remains active through the current billing period. Upgrades may take effect immediately, and downgrades usually take effect at the end of the billing period. Past charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
