- Why three homes in the Free tier?
- Most people score their own home, their parents', and perhaps one other — a home they're considering, or a family member's place. Three covers the realistic free use cases for nearly everyone.
- When does Premium launch?
- We're targeting a launch 3–6 months after our initial release, once we've refined the core experience. Sign up above and we'll email you when it's ready. You can start the 7-day free trial then without commitment.
- What's personal compatibility?
- It's a reading that incorporates each household member's birth information — name, birth year, optionally month, day, and time — to show how the home's energy interacts with each person individually. Different traditions use different methods: feng shui's Kua numbers, Vedic birth charts in Vastu, and so on.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings or through Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. After that, annual plans continue until the period ends; no pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellation. For billing errors or service disruptions, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Are there family plans?
- Not yet. One Premium account includes unlimited household members, so a family sharing a single subscription is well-covered. If you need separate accounts for different family members, each account needs its own Premium subscription.
- What if I just want unlimited homes without personal readings?
- Premium includes both features. We may offer more tiers in the future based on what users actually need, but we're starting simple. If unlimited homes alone matters to you, let us know through our contact page — it helps us understand demand.
